1. Safeguard historic buildings, tradition, and a sense of community for residents and visitors.
2. Provide event and promotion opportunities for local entrepreneurs and our small businesses and improving both the commercial and residential quality of life and environment.
3. Promote economic growth and assist with small business recruitment and retention. 

 Adams Morgan Main Street is a non profit 501c3 organization. The objective of the Adams Morgan Main Street Group is to promote this unique, global community as a prime destination for both local residents and visitors to Washington, DC. By organizing a variety of events throughout the year we hope to safeguard the history, tradition here and encourage a sense of community. This program is funded in part by the Government of the District of Columbia, Department of Small and Local Business Development.
