Some of our volunteers like to take on more leadership roles whether chairing a committee, project or recruiting other volunteers. The Main Street provides programs and and projects which attract, develop, train, retain, and recognize volunteers. Therefore, volunteers are able to try out projects, dabble in little tasks or step up and lead full projects.
