Highlights from the 2011 Event
Thousands of people flocked to 18th Street on Sunday, September 11 to attend the 33rd annual Adams Morgan Day Festival. The city’s longest-running street soirée was especially poignant this year as its array of art, music, costumes, vendors, and family fun exemplified the freedom, diversity, and sense of community that many Americans celebrated during this day of reflection.
